Paris, the City of Lights… Fouquet’s Dubai
Fouquet’s and Paris have stepped into the bright lights of Dubai, with Groupe Barrière launching a new brasserie Fouquet’s in the city centre, right opposite the Burj Khalifa, the highest skyscraper in the world (828 metres!). A legend meets the future. After its recent openings in New York and Abu Dhabi, Barrière confirms its desire for international expansion*. Offering the opportunity to embark on an unexpected journey filled with art de vivre and a chance to let go of it all. Fouquet’s style. Or à la Française as the French say. But here in Dubai, the second Barrière address in the UAE after Abu Dhabi, the brasserie exudes an atmosphere where time stands still, focusing on the pleasures of well-being, and the here and now.
Set over several floors, Fouquet’s Dubai features a brasserie, café and rooftop, cultivating leisure à la Française. Imagined by Bruno Borrione, the decor skilfully combines eras, with a playful nod to contemporary style. Delicious flavours (including the time-honoured tartare and unmissable mille-feuille)…; colours exuded by the classic bistrot atmosphere - parasols, round tables, wicker chairs - set on a terrace for Café Fouquets; with, on the first floor, Salon Diane, a luxuriously discreet reception room for business meetings with access to all top-of-the-range technology; and when the evening comes, surprises await you on the rooftop - quite simply named «Le Toit» (‘roof’ in English) - from where you can admire the rainbow of lights over Dubai.
That’s Fouquet’s Dubai.
A certain way of being, something different. Luxuriously.
Quietly. In Paris without actually being in Paris.
For the here and now.
* This opening in Dubai demonstrates the group’s desire to speed up its international expansion (this is the twelfth new addition), reaffirming the strategy driven by Alexandre Barrière.
