Shareholders

The Barrière family owns the entire Groupe Lucien Barrière (100%) through the family holding company Société de Participations Deauvillaise (SPD).

Barrière is a brand under which the hotels, casinos and restaurants of two distinct groups are marketed:

  • Groupe Lucien Barrière (GLB)

  • Société Fermière du Casino Municipal de Cannes (SFCMC), listed on Euronext Paris - Compartment B.

The shareholding of Société Fermière du Casino Municipal de Cannes (SFCMC) breaks down as follows:

  • SPD: 67,23%

  • Casinvest (of which Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company - "Qatari Diar" - is the main shareholder): 25.94 %

  • Public: 6.83%

An agreement to buy a 10% stake in Société Fermière du Casino Municipal de Cannes (SFCMC) from the Fimalac group was authorized, announced on June 28, and came into effect on July 21, 2023.

Executive Committee

The Executive Committee is headed by Grégory Rabuel, Chief Executive Officer of Barrière. The Executive Committee's mission is to deploy the Group's strategy in France and abroad.
